Nutmeg is native to Indonesia and has been used both magically and culinarily since ancient times in China, India, and some areas of the Middle East. The Spanish supposedly discovered the spice islands in 1512 and there were many wars to control this and other spices. Eventually due to being cultivated elsewhere nutmegs price dropped and is a common spice today.

Use nutmeg in sachets for luck, money, health, and fidelity. Powdered and burned as incense, this spice is used for luck, money, health, and fidelity.
