Sekhmet is the Ancient Egyptian goddess of healing, warriors, and victory. She is depicted as a lioness on a woman’s body with a staff and Ankh. She is known as the daughter of Ra and one of the most important deities in ancient Egypt, even lending power to the sun. Call upon Sekhmet for protection, victory, to ward off diseases, and to bring light. Leave offerings of deep red wine, red dyed beer, or pomegranates for her.
